I was raised to work hard, stay humble, and treat people with kindness, values I carry with me into every room. I come from a small town where dreaming big wasn’t always the norm, but I knew early on...
So in 2001, just three months after 9/11, I moved to New York City with no job, no backup plan—just faith, a portfolio, and the belief that I could make it work. My first job wasn’t in advertising—it was waiting tables at Uno’s Pizzeria at the Seaport. It paid the rent while I hustled, networked, and talked to anyone who would listen.
Eventually, a door opened—I landed my first industry role at J. Walter Thompson, one of the most respected agencies in the world. That single break didn’t just get my foot in the door—it kicked off two decades of creative thinking, bold leadership, and the agility to grow with an industry that never stops moving.
I became an Art Director at The Ad Store, working on brands like JetBlue, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, and AMC Theatres. Later, at Bandujo, I led campaigns and digital marketing initiatives for Chase, Audible, Hugo Boss, Kumon, Turner Broadcasting, and various NYC-based organizations, including Battery Park City, the NYC Department of Health, and the Union Square Partnership.
A career highlight came during my time at Bandujo, when I appeared on AMC’s The Pitch—helping lead our agency to win the Marriott Autograph Collection account. Like any good reality show, what actually aired was only part of the story. But being on national TV was a wild ride—and a front-row seat to how unpredictable, performative, and pressure-packed pitching can be in this industry.
However, the work that moved me the most was rooted in public health. With clients like the NYC and Philadelphia Departments of Health, I saw how strategy and creativity could shift behavior, inspire change, and make a real difference.
My work in public health helped me see the power of purpose-driven strategy—but it also sparked something else: a desire to lead, build, and shape how teams work. That pull led me to help launch Wasabi Rabbit, a digital agency where I discovered my love for building teams and operational strategy. I eventually returned to Bandujo in a leadership role, shaping creative strategy and operations from the inside out.
In 2022, I was recruited to Atlanta to help restructure MaxMedia—where I built workflow systems and launched a client services department from the ground up.
Today, I’m building something of my own: Nomad Collective, a strategy-first consultancy that helps brands align vision and execution across brand, marketing, creative, and operations to drive growth.
My path hasn’t been traditional, but it’s always been intentional. I’ve stayed true to what matters: creativity with purpose, kindness in leadership, and believing in what’s possible—even when the path isn’t clear.
I’ve worked across the full arc of brand and marketing—creative, strategy, client service, and operations — which gives me a clear view of how every piece connects to move a brand forward. I combine strategy and story to shape brands that aren't just smart, but built to grow.
My superpower is being the bridge—between brand and business, creative vision and strategic execution, bold ideas and results that stick.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all frameworks. I believe in listening, building with intention, and telling the truth beautifully.
Whether I’m leading a rebrand, launching a product, or helping a founder find clarity, I bring strategic thinking, clear direction, and a trusted network of collaborators to execute. I’m not here to win you over—I’m here to help your business grow.
And now you know… the rest of my story
